• Our services include custom software development, web applications, mobile apps, and technical consulting

• Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in separate project agreements

• Payment schedules and amounts are specified in individual project contracts

• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge

• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law

• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval and separate billing

• You retain ownership of your business concepts, data, and proprietary information

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project

• We retain rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code

• Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and project details

• Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects

• Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations

• We implement security measures to protect your information during and after project completion

• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our service agreement

• Project timelines are estimates based on current scope and resource availability

• Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including client feedback cycles

• We will communicate any potential delays as soon as they are identified

• Rush delivery may be available for additional fees, subject to team availability

• Timeline modifications require mutual agreement and may affect project costs

• Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by law

• We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

• We provide a 30-day warranty on deliverables against material defects

• Third-party integrations and services are subject to their respective terms and availability
